When they came to us wanting a fresh perspective and new creative, we knew we’d have a lot to learn in little time. What we hadn’t expected was a fight on our hands. But knocking down an age-old stigma is a battle worth fighting. And through powerful storytelling, education and a fully integrated word of mouth marketing strategy, we created a campaign that is now being heard around the world.

We saw the launch of Beltone Trust®, their newest and most technologically advanced hearing device, as an opportunity to breathe new life into the brand and battle head-on with the idea that “hearing aids are for old people”. So we scrapped the existing messaging (and the stock models) and found real people with real stories about being able to do what they love because they made the decision to do something about their hearing. And by putting them in their environment, our message was simple, yet powerful: Beltone is proud to serve those who serve us. Some of us are calling this our influencer campaign. Others have deemed it our hero campaign. But it is so much bigger than that.

With voiceover that helps to emphasize product features and a surround sound spatial audio experience, users can’t believe their ears.
